Engagement Management

I facilitated discussions between Harley-Davidson's Former CEO, Matt Levatich, and the US Secret Service (USSS) motorcycle unit. Additionally, I briefed H-D leadership on areas of concern for the USSS. 

Senators Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Gary Peters (D-MI) discussed issues of concern with the motorcycle community at an evening reception with the Bipartisan Senate Motorcycle Caucus. The event, held at the Harley-Davidson Washington DC office, required my full-service event planning skills. Additionally, I prepared talking points for Vice President, Government Affairs Ed Moreland. 

Bipartisan Senate Motorcycle Caucus Congressional briefing – Motorcycles in an Autonomous Vehicle World – February 8, 2019. I directed the briefing from conception to completion. Including selecting and engaging panelists John Harding, US Department of Transportation Connected/Automated Vehicles and Emerging Technologies Team Leader; Scott Armiger, Director, Motorcycle Regulatory Affairs; and John Lenkeit, Vice President Dynamic Research, Inc. I prepared talking points and an opening statement for moderator Ed Moreland, Vice President, Government Affairs Harley-Davidson. 

On February 2, 2017, Harley-Davidson C-Suite Leadership met with President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, and other administration officials. My role for the meeting included preparing a briefing book and briefing H-D leadership before the meeting.
